Like the bread and olive oil, it wouldn’t be a successful trip to Eataly without great ingredients to make prepare at home. Viola! Farfalle pasta with pan-seared pork, tossed with asparagus and mushrooms in an herb butter sauce and topped with parmigiano reggiano and pecorino. There’s not really a recipe – more just something that is tossed together in a saute pan – but let me know if you want more details!
