There’s nothing quite like the saccharine glow of Valentine’s Day. From the frosted cupcakes to the frosted icicles, it’s just the saturated whimsy that’s needed to break up a harsh winter. NYC and I may be surrounded by winter’s gloom, but it’s good to remember that Valentine’s Day is a sign that spring is coming in a few weeks and the best is yet to come!
