Wow! Is it already the end of February? It was such a beautiful month. The city was covered in flowers and it seemed like Valentine’s Day was celebrated all month long. Despite the snowstorms, there were a few warm days. I made full use of it: stacks of vintage books at the Strand Bookstore, rows of macaroons at Dean and Deluca, and cream tea at Tea and Sympathy. With every flower stand bursting at the seams, walking to my favorite places seemed particularly special!

One of my favorite moments this month was when I pinned an image of a front stoop and realized it was Holly Golightly’s apartment from Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I normally don’t seek out movie locations, but for this one I knew I had to take a few photographs.

It was such an exceptional February. New York City never fails to create these small little moments and I believe they are just as special as those life-changing milestones. Even though this month had plenty of negative moments, they are all just a puff of smoke now. I am so unbelievably lucky to realize that sooner rather than later. When I look back on this February, the only thing I will see are beautiful moments and plenty of roses.
