Whew! With Shoot NYC and PhotoPlus Expo happening in New York City, it has been a busy week full of classes, demos, and career development. I feel immensely blessed to learn from top professionals who are not only incredibly talented but are also dedicated to giving back to their creative community.

Even though it was a crazy jam-packed week, I was still able to shoot here and there. Unintentionally, I shot mostly copper and black. It wasn’t until I was editing that I realized it reminded me of Halloween, albeit a luxe version. It’s funny how that works out. If I’ve learned anything from this week, it’s that embracing the unexpected is sometimes more rewarding than the planned…just as long as you keep on shooting!
