It’s been overcast all week and pouring all weekend. New York City feels more like a rainy day in London! Even though that may sound dreary, I was actually grateful to stay indoors and get some work done. (Also, I’m hoping that rain means spring showers and the end of winter snow!)

This month was very busy but I still managed to take some time to myself. I explored downtown and admired the little garden at Grace Church. (I will definitely need to stop by again when the trees are in bloom!) I took off an afternoon to read in the tower of the Jefferson Market Library. St. Patrick’s Day took over New York City and I couldn’t help but sample some Irish Soda Bread (recipe here). Then more of the usual: exploring hidden city treasures, photographing doors, and drinking a lot of coffee at the many Irving Farm cafés around town.

I hope that you had a fantastic March. With April here, spring should be in full swing soon. I can’t wait to share the beautiful, colorful, and floral posts I have lined up next month!
