May was a great month full of good food, good photo shoots, and good NYC adventures. From devouring the quintessential summer crab boil to hanging out at the water and enjoying green spaces like the Irish Memorial – summer is always a busy time both professionally and personally.

Summer also involves many opportunities for food shoots and creative collaborations. I added to my studio photography portfolio and gained more experience in styling shoots like Garlic and Chili. I’m not sure why but maybe being in the sunny outdoors and enjoying yummy eats inspires creativity.

I feel creative year-round but I especially love summer because it is really the time that I love to shoot, work, and play! I’m looking forward to a fun season full of projects and potential! What are your summer plans? If you want to shoot with me, make sure to let me know!
